Make a loop

Controllers stay in the app shell. Describe the vibe — generation lands in a WIP loop, then publishes to the feed when ready.

Private MVP: POST /v1/gen needs no login (system user). Polls GET /v1/gen/:jobId until pack + auto-publish. API: https://api.looploopgames.com.
